For a long time, my wife and I worked hard to make disciples, but really struggled with sharing the gospel. So, I spent a lot of time praying and asking God to give us a mentor. In May 2014, we connected with Chuck and Deb Wood.
In the answer to my prayers, they decided to invest heavily in us and we soon became good friends.

If our friendship / partnership wasn’t enough, what actually prompted this post is a story that Chuck shared several weeks ago. He said that about a dozen years ago, he and three other guys drove to each Army base in CONUS and prayed over the base. Today, there are healthy church planting movements on most of those bases!
For about 10 years, God has been prompting me to “Wake up the American Church and raise up an army to advance God’s Kingdom against Satan’s strongholds.” Chuck’s story about praying over the Army bases motivated me to get started with this blog.
